We Did It!

The time has come for the first commercial batch! This November we received the approval of our ABC permit to begin making commercial mead and cider. It has been a long time coming and we’re overjoyed to begin.

John and I look forward to making our community proud. Our exceptional lineup of handcrafted meads and ciders use both our own farm-grown ingredients and also local ingredients that highlight the agricultural excellence of New Jersey. We are a farm first, and plan to honor the rural heritage of South Harrison Township through our work as a mom-and-pop winery.

One quest we still have yet to complete is our on-site tasting room. Though the buildings themselves are ready and waiting, we are still in the midst of approval and construction for our driveway and parking lot. While this is ongoing, we will be bringing the mead and cider to you directly, through stores, restaurants, farmers markets, and festivals. The Tasting Room and Greenhouse will likely be open Spring 2026.

This truly could not have been done without the support and love of our community. The list of people to thank is as long as I am tall. People helped in so many ways, from installing glass in the greenhouse to thoughtfully critiquing our homebrew to help us get better. We are blessed beyond measure.

So stay tuned for all that is to come! Because now, the real work begins.
